1- Payment Security

Your money is held by 
Transglobal Express United Kingdom Head Office, until you confirm the acceptance of the merchandise. Once you have confirmed the acceptance of the merchandise, Transglobal Express will release the payment to the seller.

2- Full Refund

If you receive a damaged merchandise or with any faults you'll get your payment returned directly.

3- Partial Refund & Keeping Products

If the products you receive are slightly different from the products requirements agreed with the seller, you may choose to receive a partial refund and also keep the products.

By agreeing to use 
Transglobal Express Delivery Escrow both Buyer and Seller agree to a fair transaction and to uphold the conditions agreed upon when the transaction is initiated.
The Seller guarantees the merchandise is genuine, in good condition and exactly as described. The Seller agrees to pay all fees involved if the merchandise is returned.
The Buyer agrees to complete the payment in the method used by 
Transglobal Express Delivery LTD towards his United Kingdom Head Office or towards his Escrow Financial & Payment Office in Hungary or Germany, to receive the merchandise in good faith and return it in the condition it was received (if rejected).

Your money is safe because we’ll only release funds to the supplier AFTER you confirm satisfactory delivery of your order. A full refund will be given if the order did not arrive or if the order that you received is not as described.

Your personal details are safe. Information is protected by VeriSign SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

The account is managed by 
Transglobal Express Protection Trade Centre. Your transactions are supervised by the Transglobal Express Delivery LTD Safe Team.

Upon the receipt of the merchandise, be sure you check the merchandise, the documentation and test the merchandise received.

To be eligible for 
Transglobal Express Delivery LTD Buyer Protection:

Here are the situations suitable for a refund request:
1) The item does not arrive.
2) The merchandise received by the Buyer has different specifications/condition than the one he/she agreed on.
3) Package is un-sealed and/or damaged.
4) Products are faulty, damaged or not working at the time of arrival.
5) The merchandise was damaged during transport.
 
For cases 2) 3) 4) 5), the Buyer returns the merchandise to 
Transglobal Express Delivery LTD representatives, at no expense.

** Note: In case of a refund, all buyers fees and expenses are also included in the refund.

The way the Buyer is refunded is at his choice. The Buyer has a predetermined number of days for verification in which time he can request a refund. Refund requests are processed within 3 days.

Sellers benefit

Transglobal Express Delivery LTD confirms to the Seller when the Buyer receives merchandise.
Transglobal Express Delivery LTD is authorized to ship only after we verify good funds.
